Clients must provide accurate details (e.g., event dates, locations) to avoid service delays.

2. Payments & Pricing

Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for travel, overtime, or special requests.
Payment schedules (e.g., deposits, balances) will be outlined in your contract.
Late payments may incur fees or result in service cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may include cancellation fees.
Rescheduling: Subject to availability; fees may apply for date changes.

4. Image Rights & Usage

Stativ Studio retains copyright to all images but grants clients a personal-use license (e.g., prints, social media).
Commercial use (e.g., advertising, resale) requires written permission and may incur fees.
Clients may not edit, alter, or remove watermarks from images without consent.
All website images are owned by Stativ Studio LLC
All images, graphics, and visual content displayed on the Stativ Studio website, including but not limited to photographs, illustrations, logos, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Stativ Studio or its licensors and are protected under international copyright laws.

5. Liability

While we strive for quality, Stativ Studio is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure, venue restrictions).
Clients are responsible for securing permits or permissions for photo locations.

6. Website Use

Content (e.g., photos, text) on this site is owned by Stativ Studio and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of changes.
