Refund Policy

At Stativ Studio, we strive for complete client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Deposits & Retainers

  • All deposits or retainers paid to secure your booking are non-refundable. This ensures we reserve your date and turn away other potential clients.

2. Cancellations by Client

  • More than 1 day before the session/event:

    • The deposit is forfeited, but any additional payments (if made) will be refunded.

  • Within 24 hours of the session/event:

    • No refunds will be issued, as we are unable to book another client on short notice.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 3 days in advance may be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability.

  • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 3 days) may require an additional fee.

4. Cancellations by Photographer

  • If Stativ Studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

5. Digital Products & Prints

  • Due to the custom nature of photography, all digital images and prints are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged prints, incorrect files), contact us within 30 days for a replacement or correction.

6. Session No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to arrive at the scheduled session without prior notice forfeit all payments.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
